AFE: PFADT Series Tri-Y 1-7/8" Long Tube Header Chevrolet Corvette (C6) 05-13 (LS2/LS3/LS7/LS9)

aFe POWER introduces the PFADT Series race headers for the 2005-2013 Chevrolet Corvette (C6) with the V8-6.0L/6.2L/7.0L engines. These headers are constructed of mandrel-bent 16-gauge, 304 stainless steel with thick flanges for a leak-free seal. The headers utilize near equal length 1-7/8 primary tubing which merge to 2-1/8 secondary's, then into a 3 collector for maximum flow. The smooth curves and increased diameter of the headers helps remove restriction and keeps exhaust gas flowing smoothly for improved performance and durability. Includes all components for a hassle-free installation with no modifications necessary.

TIG Welded:
100% TIG welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability. TIG welding provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks.

Tri-Y Design:
Paired opposite firing cylinders with equal, specifically tuned primary lengths maximizes scavenging and increases torque throughout the powerband.

304 Stainless-Steel Tubing:
High grade stainless tubing with a uniform brushed finish provides a beautiful look and high resistance to corrosion.

Retains Factory O2 Sensors:
aFe POWER has designed this system to retain all your factory sensors for a hassle free installation. Also included are extensions for an easy plug-and-play installation.

CNC-Machined Header Flange:
Fully CNC finished header flange provides superior sealing at the head surface.

V-Band connection to mid-pipe:
Machined flanges and USA made all stainless v-band clamp provides a simple to install leak free joint between the headers and mid-pipe.

One-Piece X-Pipe: (Sold Separately)
We mimic the factory with a one piece X-Pipe for easy installation and no chance for leaks or misalignment of the system. Keeps the tips aligned at the rear of the car.

Note:
PFADT Series headers will not work without PFADT X-pipe unless modified. (Sold Separately)
