More info
Increase handling capabilities and add ride height adjustability to the front of your First Gen GM F-Body with a Coil-Over Conversion Kit from BMR Suspension. OE-style lowering springs can drop the vehicle, but do so at the expense of suspension and shock travel. By utilizing a conventional coil-over and moving the upper mount of the spring and shock, the vehicle can ride at a lower ride height, while still retaining full suspension travel. BMR manufactures its Coil-Over Conversion Kits from CNC-laser cut, CNC-formed ¼-inch steel plate for strength and precise fitment. Whether you want to aggressively lower your F-Body or you want the added suspension control you get with coil-overs, BMR makes it easy to add coil-overs to the front of your car.
Designed for street performance, drag race, and handling applications, BMR makes its coil-over brackets from heavy-duty ¼-inch laser-cut steel plate. These plates tie in to the frame and upper A-arm mount, which strengthens the mount as well. BMR also provides a drill guide that allows you to cut the shock opening in the frame with a simple hole saw and drill, rather than requiring a torch or plasma cutter. This kit can be installed with the motor in the car and the fenders bolted on. When performance is a must, rely on BMR Suspension!
***NOTE: Designed for 14-inch extended/10.125-inch compressed coil-overs with lower "T-bar" mounts.***
