This steel conversion plate will adapt the factory 2004-2008 CTS-V 100MM Rear to a 108MM CV Flange. This plate has a special anti-rust coating so it will not corrode. This is the same adapter plate as can be found on our line of pro-series driveshafts for these vehicles. They are precision machined on centers to maintain perfect centerline and will fit onto the centering-pin that is on the factory differential flange. Includes all necessary hardware to mount the adapter.
