WEAPON-X: 370cfm LT4 4.065" Ported Cylinder Heads [Camaro ZL1, Corvette Z06 ZR1, CTS V, LT4 LT5]

The 2015+ LT4 and LT5 C7 Corvette Z06 ZR1, 2017+ 6th gen Camaro ZL1, and the CTS V gen 3 all share the powerful LT4 engine and out of the box, have some very high flowing heads with approximately 295 cfm. For some of us, this is just isn't enough. We need more flow, a more aggressive cam, and want to see 700+ WHP with the OEM blower and 1000+ WHP with aftermarket superchargers.

Here's what we do! Fully CNC ported intake and exhaust ports, custom intake valve job, custom full radius exhaust valve job, intake and exhaust bowl blending, optional milling for increased compression ratio.

Stage 1 is CNC only
Stage 2 is the trend for boosted engines with smaller ports for higher airflow velocity
Stage 3 is the fully ported windows and all

Stock Specs:
Intake port volume: 295 cc (peak stock flow 309 cfm)
Exhaust port volume: 106 cc (peak stock flow 194 cfm)
Stock Combustion Chamber Size: 60 cc
Stock intake valve size: 2.125" 96.2 grams (hollow stem)
Stock exhaust valve size: 1.590" 73.5 grams

Here are some teaser specs of the new Stage 2 CNC porting option:
Intake port volume: 310+cc
Exhaust port volume: 105+cc

CNC flow rate of intake port is 370 CFM at .650 lift with very strong mid-lift improvements using stock 2.125" valve.
CNC flow rate of exhaust port is 268 CFM at .650 with stock 1.590" valve!
