Considering having your supercharger ported? Look no further than a WEAPON-X ported supercharger! Supercharger porting is proven to help free up the air flow, lower IAT2s, and gain up to 50 WHEEL HP and TQ across the RPM band!

- Optional Griptec pulley can be added and we'll press and pin it on for you as well as clearance the neck if needed (smaller than 2.30"), even in the OEM 2.5" size.
- Choose from sending your blower in or use one of our cores. All cores are inspected for damage and bearings are replaced regardless. Bearing cost is included
- Return freight of ported supercharger is included as well.
Blower porting refers to the process of modifying the intake of the supercharger to improve the quality and quantity of the air flow. The stock supercharger as manufactured, is suboptimal due to design and manufacturing constraints. Porting provides the finely detailed attention required to bring the engine to the highest level of efficiency. More than any other single factor, the porting process is responsible for the high power output of modern engines.
This process is applied to optimize its power output, for daily use or to alter its power output characteristics to suit an aggressive pulley combo. By spinning the supercharger lobes faster, more air is pulled through the snout and the smoother and wider the intake area, the less restriction and less boost will be created allowing more horse power through the drive train.
Daily human experience with air gives the impression that air is light and nearly non-existent as we move slowly through it. However, an engine running at high speed experiences a totally different substance. In that context, air can be thought of as thick, sticky, elastic, gooey and heavy. Pumping it is a major problem for engines running at speed so head porting helps to alleviate this.
NOTE: When sending in your supercharger make sure the snout and manifold are separated and packaged/shipped separately following any of your freight carrier's guidelines/requirements with the box size around the item, packaging, and insure it for the cost of a new replacement estimated $3,000. WEAPON-X will not be held liable for any damage and all damage claims shipped by the customer are to be handled by the customer and their freight carrier.
