WEAPON-X in cooperation with Hyperco developed the PERFECT lowering spring for your 2016+ Cadillac CTS V, as well as the rest of the CTS gen 3 line up from Luxury, and Premium to the V Sport! The reviews are all top notch with 100% satisfaction to date with better daily driving and stiffer cornering when needed.  Don't worry, they're not too low, not too soft, not to stiff... they're just right!  They are a progressive spring, that is softer on top for daily driving, and over 30% stiffer down low to keep the car firmly planted in the corners.  They're designed and manufactured by one of the world's leading spring manufacturers and like all of our products, these are proudly MADE IN THE USA!  When we searched for a vendor, we didn't just want to work with any low rider spring manufacturer that knew nothing about performance.  We did our homework and went to one that was born and raised in the Motorsports industry.

The skinny on the OEM springs:  
As you can see, they're a linear spring, which means you get the same damping rate from the top of the spring to the bottom of the spring.  The front has only 220 lb/in spring rate and the rear springs have a 340 lb/in spring rate.

Front Specs:
Weight.. 6.3 lbs
Lowered 1.1” from factory height
Progressive Springs have an initial rate softer than stock for a comfortable daily ride and transitions to a final rate twice as stiff as OEM!

Rear Specs:
Weight.. 7.8 lbs
Lowered 0.9” from factory height
Progressive Springs will an initial rate slightly less than stock for a comfortable daily ride and transitions to a final rate approximately 70% over OEM.  

What this means to you is you will have a very nice daily driver, even more so than the OEM springs, and when you want to go hard in the corners, the WEAPON-X springs have your back!
